Note: None of these rules apply to Jutsu, Weapons, Pets or Poisons that are created into your character. Further more, if you have a Bijuu sealed in you during the RP this Bijuu rule does not apply.
1) When creating a new jutsu you must wait for it to be approved. After it is approved that does not mean you know that jutsu. you must train in the Training Grounds of your village for a time depending on the level of jutsu. If you use shadow clones in your training you can remove one paragraph for every 5 clones..
D-Rank jutsu: 1 paragraph
C-Rank jutsu: 3-6 paragraphs
B-Rank jutsu: 5-8 paragraphs
A-Rank jutsu: 7-10 paragraphs
S- Rank jutsu: 10 paragraphs or more.
Missing ninja can make a topic for there training in any area other then one of the Five great ninja villages.
These paragraphs do not have to be done in one post. You may leave the area and come back later to finish. (D-Rank jutsu must be done in one post)
2) When creating any custom ninja tool, including weapons, pets or poison, you must wait for it to be approved and graded. When a moderator or admin grades the ninja tool you must post at least so many paragraphs of waiting time before you can use the weapon.
A-Rank tools: 5 Paragraphs
B-Rank tools: 3 Paragraphs
C-Rank tools: 1 Paragraph
3)Most poisons are not instant working poison. You must wait for the poison to take effect depending on the level of the poison.
S-Rank poison: Instant
A-Rank poison: 1 post
B-Rank poison: 3 posts
C-Rank poison: 5 posts
These posts are counted by the person effected by the poison.
4) If you apply for a bijuu you have to knock off 1 jutsu for your app per tail with a max of 9 (for kyuubi) This only applies to characters who make their character at the same time as they apply for a bijuu (e.g. if they want to make a character w/a bijuu sealed in them.
5)If you have a bijuu and never use its power you have the bijuu unsealed and your character will die. However special circumstances apply (e.g. A YOUNG ninja who has no idea it seald in him/her from birth.)
6) Using your bijuu is dangerous and shouldn't be used in every fight....this would kinda attract attention from other ninja villages, as they see Bijuu as TOOLS OF WAR

Ninjutsu
This skill tells how skilled you are in the use of ninjutsu. Follow the table bellow when creating your jutsu to know what kind of jutsu you can use.
Genjutsu
This skill tells how skilled you are in the use of genjutsu. Follow the tanle bellow when creating your jutsu to know what kind of jutsu you can use
skill level 25-30 = Can only use basic jutsu of the D rank level.
skill level 31-35 = Can use jutsu up to the C rank
skill level 36-45 = Can use jutsu up to the B rank
skill level 46-55 = Can use jutsu up to the A rank
skill level 56+ = Can use jutsu up to the S rank
When using the following skills be sure to keep it reasonable. For example of you have a strength of 30 you are not going to be able to punch boulders and make them crumble.
Taijutsu
This skill tells how skilled you are at hand to hand combat. Use the same table above to know what level jutsu you can use in this field. Also, look at the table bellow to find out about fighting opponents with taijutsu
Strength
This skill shows how strong you are. Follow the table bellow to find out how you stack up against other players strength before you fight them.
Speed
This skill shows how fast you are. Follow the table bellow to find out how you stack up against other players speed before you fight them.
Tactics
This skill shows your intelligence in combat. The higher it is the more quickly your character will be able to come up with ideas in the heat of battle. Follow the table bellow to find out how you stack up against other players tactics before you fight them.
If your opponent has 1-5 points more then you they are still only slightly better then you.
If your opponent has 6-15 points more then you they are of a higher class then you, but you still stand a chance.
If your opponent has 16-25 points more then you then they must still try but you have a VERY slim chance of defeating them.
If the opponent has 26+ points more then you then they use the skill at a hole other level. They can play with you, bring you to your limits and never break a sweat.
Chakra
This stat shows how much total chakra you have. The total number is 100 times what your stat is. (e.g. if your stat in chakra is 50 then you have 5000 chakra.)
